As a key member of the THOR Trail Crew, you’ll help build and maintain natural-surface trails that bring our mission to life. From shaping dirt and features to installing trail amenities, your work expands access to outdoor recreation, improves user experience, enhances sustainability, and keeps trails safe and engaging for the community.

This full-time position (32+ hours per week, including occasional evenings and weekends) supports 25 trail systems, with a primary focus on high-use metro trails. Trail Crew members are stewards of public spaces and ambassadors for THOR, working alongside volunteers, land managers, and trail users to connect people to the outdoors through great trails.
