Omaha’s bike infrastructure has historically been concentrated in the western parts of Omaha, leaving residents in the North and South neighborhoods of Omaha with restricted access to mountain bike trails. THOR has started a Trail Equity Program to improve equity, diversity, and inclusion on trails.
